Although currently only open to fellow Queenslanders, Magnetic Island has now started to re-open for business following Covid-19 lockdowns across the state. Most of our favorite places are fully open and enjoying the moderate tropical winter temperatures.
Although I cannot cross the border yet, I have high hopes of visiting again before the end of this winter. I am really looking forward to an early morning stroll along Nelly Bay beach, lunch at the Bikini Tree Cafe in Arcadia, a massage and pedicure (not sure which one I need most) at Endota Spa and cocktails and dinner at the Picnic Bay Hotel………I’m counting down the days – see you soon Maggie!!
